I know the first time you and I talked I was at the end of my patience not only with the situation I found myself in but also with all the problems I had with my previous realtor, I thought I was looking at bankruptcy for sure, I was hanging on to the last bit of hope I could muster. You assured me that there would be no problems getting this property sold and that you were well versed with my lenders process for handling short sales as my previous agent had no experience.
