I've completed an extensive course on Home Staging. Actually, I have been doing home staging throughout my career (before there was an offical name for it). Last month I made some suggestions to one of my Sellers who hired me to make recommendations and do the changes. So far, the comments have been extremely positive from agents who have shown the home since I have completed the improvements. I'm expecting we'll now see an offer within the next few weeks.

Since there has been so much publicity on the subject of home staging, I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has successfully utilized staging to sell their home or listing.
