I've had many clients and customers ask me this question and I can only say that "I don't have a crystal ball". There are a record number of homes on the market right now, to the extent that I have never seen in my long real estate career. I believe that it is a still a great time to buy with interest rates still fairly low, and lots to choose from. As a seller, you may not get top dollar, but if you're buying another home....neither is that Seller, so in the end it all evens out. Waiting to buy real estate isn't the answer. Homes will start appreciating and I can hear it now.... I wish I would have bought a home in 2007....
What do you think about Michigan's outlook? I'd love to hear your comments.
